5 Tips to Help Stay Positive



1. Turn on a funny comedy. Laughing is one of the best medicines for the mind and body.
2.  Go for a run. Nothing feels better than a runner’s high.
3. Take care of your body. Eating heart healthy foods that give you energy will help keep you energized and motivated. Avoid indulging in high fatty foods and alcohol  that can make you tired, UN-motivated and feeling blah.  
4. Stay in touch with your hobbies. Doing the things you enjoy doing will help keep you happier and therefore more positive.
5. Sleep Like a Baby: Getting enough sleep is important for both the body and mind. Try to maintain a consistent sleep pattern, even on the weekends.
